Ray MC's Executive Director Alex Berdnick was hired to manage the stage lights for Lara Fabian's concert in Kyiv on 23 February 2010. The star's performance required various light schemes, from slightly intimate to very bright, so the agency's experience in setting up stages was invaluable while communicating with the local staff of Palace Ukraina. Ray MC was also pleased to meet and greet Lara Fabian in the airport and escort her during her stay in Kyiv.
 

The agency developed the concept of ENVY magazine for the Saryarka shopping mall in the capital of Kazakhstan, Astana. The concept was a publication that would be available to the mall's clients and covering the city's entertainment scene and lifestyle themes. Thanks to Ray MC's experience in publishing and PR, the project was approved by the management of Saryarka, and the print run of the first issue of the magazine (January 2010) was out of stock before the end of the festive season!

The agency was hired to accompany Backstreet Boys for their show in Kyiv on 13 December 2009. Brian, Nick, AJ and Howie arrived at Boryspil airport, where they were met by a folk choir and an authentic Ukrainian greeting ceremony with bread and salt. Thanks to Ray MC's experience in escorting pop stars, the band evaded the paparazzi and fans, both at the airport and their hotel. Also, the agency helped in providing the catering, along with other backstage arrangements at the Palace of Sports.

Ray MC's Executive Director Alex Berdnick was hired as the official escort for Engelbert Humperdinck for his concert in Kyiv on 24 September 2009. Providing escorts for stars is a part of the agency's full support service. Thanks to Ray MC's experience in interpreting for pop stars, Engelbert Humperdinck conducted a press conference, enjoyed Ukrainian cuisine and talked about the meaning of his songs to the audience of Palace Ukraina, as the agency organised the interpreting of his speech.

The agency's first success was Managing Director Ray McRobbie's appointment as the official administrator for European Artists at the after party event of the opening of Donbass Arena on 29 August 2009 in Donetsk. The opening drew a huge crowd due to a performance by international star Beyonce. The European Artists participating in the event were Arash from Sweden, Boney M from the UK, CC Catch from Germany, Ottawan from the Netherlands and Pupo from Italy.
